After reinstalled my OS i reinstalled gta + samp, so The only mod i have is samp.

Try this.
download.dll-files.com/fixer/file/dffsetup-msvcr100.exe
If it won't work, try using a gta_sa.exe crack.

I already downloaded this dffsetup-msvcr100.exe for camhack and I already have gta_sa.exe cracked.
I think i should change my graphic card. If it worsen i will create a inactive topic.
