I made a map but i didnt complete it yet!!
i want this map to be on this server
and i be admin??

Dude, you can't be an admin just because you made a map. You have to ACTUALLY play here, earn experience and reputation. Last but not least, you'll have to apply for it. And yea, it's good that you made us a map, but that doesn't make you important enough to become admin.
And yea, post some screenshots and the code, and we will see if it's good enough to add into the server
