As i press on connect to samp it crashed and i cant fix it can i have help?

- Try to uninstall all mods except samp.
If it doesn't work try to uninstall and install again gta sa without mods except samp.

ive tried it says failed to write file d3dx9_25dll ant the instalation freeezes
