Increasing performance on SA-MP
This is an updated version, this time I'll put in much more detail about increasing performance and gaining more frames per second in-game. This will includes some files alongside with some easy editing. If you already know how many cores you have, proceed to Step 2!
Step 1
How to begin
This only works with powerful CPU's: i5 or higher, AMD. Must be more than 4 cores. You want to begin by opening the run prompt by the following ways:
Press and hold: START + R on your keyboard.
Go to start and search for the run program.
Now what?
When you are on this:

Simply type in dxdiag and press enter. If you are asked about some drivers just press OK.
What am I looking for?

Take a look at the Processor, at the very end it should show how many CPU's you have. For instance, I have 4 as shown in the picture above.
Step 2
Editing
Now that you know how many cores you have, you should navigate to Documents - GTA San Andreas User Files - SAMP - sa-mp.cfg and it should be there, by default. Open up sa-mp.cfg with any editing software, preferably notepad.
When you open it you should see this:

Now, do the fololwing steps only:
fpslimit=90 (this is the maximum you may do and 30 is the minimum).
multicore=amount of cores you have (I have 4).
SAVE AND CLOSE.

Step 3
Un-parking
Unparks all parked CPU's that are not being used. This will enable the CPU's to work at full potential, this will not give you overheating problems. If you break your computer I am not responsible for it, do at own risk.
Download this (direct download) and extract the files on the desktop/folder. Open unparkCPU.exe and do the following:
Click check status on the program.
Allow the program to load the required files and proceed when the status is ready.
Simply click on Unpark All, wait and then exit the program.

Step 3
models.txd
This simple thing removes dust, clouds and many particles that create lag in SA-MP.
Download this and extract to the GTA San Andreas models folder.
