SeV , i did the best to try and stop those restarts , but no avail. Im really sad that i have to stop as a Moderator :(.
-Re-installed Gta sa Thrice
-Re-installed Samp 5 times
-Restarted the computer once
-Upgraded the internet and re-paid for a better connection.

I might not leave , but i will try my best to keep the good work.
