maps who are outside the normal san andreas area are not allowed because there is the samp bug where you cant chainsaw someone he wont die or lose any damage.

@Tuntun[B] you can move this map above of San Andreas, if you move it how i said I think it doesn't have this bug.

How i said, if it is wide outside the normal san andreas map, the chance is big that the samp bug occurs.
