1.- Download a Tool for import/export files. (IMG Tool,Spark,Alcis IMG editor etc..)

2.-Download a Skin that you want to replace

3.-Now you have to go to google and google All Gta samp skin and click on the first.

4.-Look for the Skin you want replace and also very important you must see the name.

5.-Now open your Tool for replacing the skins.

6.-In your Tool go to open>GTA SAMP Directory>Models>gta3.img

7.- Now search for the name of the skin you wanted to replace.

8.-Rename the DOWNLOADED skin to the name of the original skin.

9.-Import the download files.

10. End.

Nigga please you don't just come and name it "Mutated.dff and Mutated.txd"
It should have the name of the skin of that actor in singleplayer , as of truth his files would be
truth.dff and truth.txd
Then rename yo shit and replace it , feg.
