First of all you need to download a program that allows you to put mods on your GTA SA, I recommend you to use IMG Tool. Then if you wanna replace some skins, weapons or cars, you must open your gta3.img in your GTA SA folder with IMG Tool and press F2; now you search the original file name that you want to replace, example: m4.dff or m4.txd and press enter after writing it. Right click on m4.dff and select "Replace" and replace it with the m4.dff that you downloaded, same for m4.txd. After that you close IMG Tool and you're done!

.dff is the solid, .txd are the textures of it (you must replace both of them, unless you downloaded a mod that modify only the color.)

P.S.: You must close your GTA SA before doing this work.
